POLICY
At Charlvon, the safety of employees, client representatives, and service providers is our greatest responsibility. We believe that all employees are responsible for working in and creating an incident free workplace. All employees at charlvon are given the training tools and empowerment necessary to be individually responsible for the safety of themselves and their co-workers.
In order to achieve our vision of working in and creating an environment that results in an incident-free workplace where no one gets hurt, Charlvon has ensured consistent implementation of its company tools and processes. The health and safety of our workforce is paramount, followed by the protection of the environment in which we work and the integrity of our assests. To support the achievement of this vision, Charlvon has developed a series of management system manuals, tools and processes to ensure our people live and work in a safe environment. Within the CMS, we have a core of management system manuals and supporting materials that lay out the policies and requirements as they relate to Health, Safety, Security, and Environment
