Charlvon was incorporated in 1993 as a limited liability company under the Nigerian Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1990. We are a leading drilling contractor and our strategy is to leverage years of industry experience and an outstanding track record to provide best-in-class drilling, completions and workover services. Charlvon is focused on building strong long-term relationships with various players across the oil and gas value chain.

We started operation in 1993 with a barge of 300 tons but now we are involved with over 12 marine crafts, 2 Land Drilling Rigs, 1 Swamp Rig and 24” Suction/Cutter Dredger in our fleet. We have available quite a number of equipments and machinery which are used for Turnkey Projects (EPC), Dredging and reclamation etc. We also lease both offshore and onshore marine vessels, accommodation barges and tankers of different capacities. We are pursuing standard workshops and fabrication facilities at our base, which is about 10,000m² in area.
