Anwuli Ige is a strategic, innovation-led chief executive who combines technical rigour with a commercial mindset to convert complex challenges into long-term value.

As Group Managing Director, she leverages a disciplined, data-driven approach root-cause analysis, trend interpretation and evidence-based decision making to sharpen operational performance, de-risk projects and align capital allocation with sustainable growth objectives. Her curiosity and rapid mastery of new concepts enable her pragmatic adoption of digital and analytic tools that improve forecasting, optimise asset performance and strengthen governance.

Anwuli’s academic grounding – an MSc in Data Analytics & IT Security Management from Arden University and a BEng in Information & Communication Engineering from Covenant University, complements hands-on business management skills and sector insight. A member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, she brings a rare blend of technical literacy, strategic vision and execution capability needed to scale resilient, future-ready assets in Nigeria’s energy landscape while maintaining rigorous commercial and environmental discipline.

A seasoned oil and gas executive with more than twenty years’ hands-on experience delivering safe, reliable well programmes across land, swamp and offshore environments.

John Opene is a seasoned oil and gas executive with more than twenty years’ hands-on experience delivering safe, reliable well programmes across land, swamp and offshore environments.

Rising from roustabout to senior operations leadership, he combines front-line technical credibility with strategic oversight, driving operational discipline that improves equipment reliability, compresses delivery timelines and reduces unit costs. John is recognised for turning complex drilling challenges into repeatable, performance-driven systems through rigorous planning, data-led decision making and clear cross-functional leadership.

A committed advocate of HSE excellence, he has consistently enforced “Goal Zero” standards on site and embeds risk mitigation into every phase of wells delivery from rig operations and logistics to cost control and stuck-pipe prevention.

His practical expertise is supported by formal qualifications including a BSc in Physics from Bayero University, IWCF Well Control Certification (Level 4), Stuck Pipe Prevention training and the SPDC Trade Test for Expert Drilling Supervisors.
